Next time you have a hungry sensation, instead of grabbing something to eat, try this:
Inhale while holding your stomach in.
Exhale while letting your stomach out.
Do this at a rhythm of about 40 times per half a minute.
Half a minute of this exercise is all you need.
Your hungry sensation should subside. Try it. It works!
